Starter access is still subject to business approval. Starter partners create and maintain their own compliant listings and do not receive downloadable ecommerce imagery, listing copy or campaign assets. Paid-level deposits are not joining fees or spendable order credit.
How the refundable deposit is intended to work.
1,000 qualifying units
Eligible for return once the agreed programme records 1,000 qualifying fulfilled units, subject to reconciliation and no unresolved balance or claim.
24 months active
Eligible for return after 24 months under the active agreement, subject to account reconciliation and the written terms.
Voluntary exit after 12 months
A partner choosing to exit may request return after the first 12 months, subject to notice, completed orders and reconciliation.
Any one route may trigger eligibility. The signed agreement must define “qualifying unit”, timing, permitted deductions, dispute handling, insolvency treatment and the refund payment method. Starter partners do not pay a commitment deposit and therefore do not use these release routes.
GOLD SHOWROOM SUPPORT
Product display support for qualifying stores.
Verified Gold partners with a physical showroom or trade counter may be considered for an agreed display-sample allowance. Eligibility, product selection, carriage, display period and any return conditions are confirmed in writing.
Showroom support is approval-based and is not automatically provided when a Gold application is submitted.
