These answers describe the intended programme. Your approved range, pricing, deposit and service obligations are governed by the final written agreement.
Who can apply?
UK online sellers, including independent eBay and Amazon sellers, heating businesses, trade counters and distributors with genuine trading intent. Approval is not automatic and no marketplace affiliation is implied.
Is the Starter level completely free?
Starter has no commitment deposit, but the account still requires approval. Product costs, fulfilment charges, carriage and any additional service costs remain payable under the agreed terms.
Does Starter include product images and listing copy?
No. Starter partners create and maintain their own compliant ecommerce listings. Downloadable product images, listing copy and campaign assets begin at Bronze.
Can the public see trade prices or exact stock?
No. Account-specific prices and sellable inventory are restricted to approved partners.
Is the commitment deposit a fee?
No. Bronze, Silver and Gold deposits are intended as separately recorded refundable commitment deposits, not joining income or order credit. Starter does not require one. Final legal terms must be reviewed before launch.
When can the deposit become eligible for return?
The intended triggers are 1,000 qualifying fulfilled units, 24 months, or voluntary exit after a minimum 12 months. Account reconciliation and the signed agreement apply.
What product content do paid levels receive?
Bronze receives the Standard listing pack. Silver adds enhanced assets, while Gold may receive an expanded campaign library. Private-label content is scoped separately.
Can Gold partners receive a display sample?
Verified Gold partners with an approved physical showroom or trade counter may be considered for showroom sample support. It is not automatic; product, carriage, display period and return conditions are agreed in writing.
Who owns the end-customer relationship?
The selling partner does. The partner manages its channel, retail pricing and customer communication; Sunlike supports the agreed supply and fulfilment route.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Qualified distributors can request ODM or private-label assessment. MOQ, samples, packaging, compliance and supply planning are agreed separately.
What happens after I complete the first application step?
Your contact details are saved as a prospective lead. You then review the programme and choose whether to make a formal submission.
